OH! Have you ever played Burnout? It's a racing game, but when you crash, it tells you how much money the crash cost. Sometimes (ok, so most of the time) my brother and I would try to get the most expensive crash possible. That was fun.

Never played it! The only racing game I've played at length is Gran Turismo (the ones on the PS1)... and silly ones like Mario Kart and Diddy Kong Racing of course

I'm quite sure I would have done the same as you guys though I remember playing a demo of a rally racing game (can't remember the name) and just doing my hardest to bump the car around and see how bad I could damage it I think I managed to take a huge bump in the road so fast the car went flying and landed back on its head

Really, seeing the damage on your car is just one of the coolest option ever ^___^

Destruction Derby was the first game I had on the Playstation, I really enjoyed it^^

There was an arena mode, where you had to survive in a 20 cars battle

Have you ever played Star Wars Racer? The crashes are great because you're going like 500 miles per hour (not sure how that translates to kilometers... I would guess about 800 or so. It's fast.) Most of the pleasure comes from getting up so much speed. The only problem with it is that after playing that, all other racing games seem extremely slow by comparison.

That makes me think of... Wipeout I think it was. It was a racing game beetween spatial ships, it was really fast and fun ;)

Never played the Star Wars one, but I did play some WipEout. It IS fast. Extreme G for the N64 was a lot like that too.

So I got a Nintendo DS for Christmas! They are sooooo cool! I bought "Trauma Center: Under the Knife" to go with it. It's a game where you're the doctor and you perform surgeries on the touch screen. It sounds a bit dull, but it's actually a ton of fun! I love Nintendo's innovative style!

Hey, that's a nice present! ^___^ Playing with the stylus did seem a lot of fun for the few minutes I could try it, but I wonder how it goes as a more long-term thing. Be sure to tell us about it!

I think what's cool about it is that it's a new way to play games! I've played for a good many hours (We'll leave the specific details out. Let's just say it's probably more than is physically good for me O_o) and so far it's continued to be fun!

Do you only have the one doctor game or did you get any others yet?? ^__^ Which ones do you plan on buying in the future otherwise?

I also have Lost in Blue, which is fun. They make good use of the stylus. I'd like to get Animal Crossing - I'm a sucker for cute things like that. I'd also like to get some more online games, and a good RPG.

No Mario Kart? It seemed like it was all the rage recently!

No Mario Kart. My brother has it, and I've done the download play thing. It's a fun game. I just haven't bought it.
